As a Salesforce professional, it’s crucial to understand Flow. It’s a tool that automates complex business processes, and you can use Flow Builder to create code-like logic without being a programmer. Flow can do things like send emails, submit records for approval, and integrate with external systems, giving you lots of possibilities. Learning these skills makes my work as a SFDC Admin and my clients’ work more efficient. Click below for more details.
